We are having an amazing September! On Fire Prevention Day we had Mrs. Hazen's classroom and the EEE children come to our class for an assembly. We had two fire fighters come and talk to us about how to be safe during a fire, the difference between a toy and a tool (fire starters), and we helped us think about a place they could meet their family outside.
Next we went outside to practice our "STOP, DROP AND ROLL" Strategy , go through a pretend smoky house, and take a look inside a real firetruck. We had a great time and learned a lot!
