Friday we went on the town to check out the train stop, the outside of the police station and fire station and to go to the community library to meet Katie. Katie is the children's librarian at the Person Llibrary. We learned that she helps children in the community to find books and provides opportunities for them to explore different topics through activities at the library. The Journey Team also helped the library by creating pumpkins that will be displayed in the children's area until the end of October. The children enjoyed listening to two storie and were excited to help decorate the childre's area!
